Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

At SabaiFresh™, we make every effort to ensure that our product photos accurately represent the fruits and vegetables you receive. However, since all our products are natural and hand-picked, slight variations in size, color, or shape are completely normal — and a sign of real, farm-fresh quality.

We guarantee that every item shipped meets our strict quality standards for freshness, safety, and flavor — even if it doesn’t look exactly like the photo. Each harvest is unique, but the taste, quality, and care remain 100% the same.

Nature has its own beautiful imperfections — and that’s what makes every SabaiFresh™ delivery truly fresh and authentic.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once your order is confirmed, SabaiFresh™ automatically sends a digital sales receipt to your registered email address.
This receipt includes your order number, item details, payment method, and fulfilment option (Pick-Up, Meet-Up, or GOGOX Delivery).

You can also view or download a copy anytime by logging into “My Account → Orders” on our website.
If you ordered through Facebook, WhatsApp, or Messenger, our team can resend your receipt upon request — simply message your order number or full name, and we’ll send it right away.

How can I return an item?

At SabaiFresh™, your satisfaction is our top priority.
If there’s ever an issue with your order, our return process is simple and quick.

For fresh or perishable items, please report any problem within 12 hours of delivery by messaging us on Facebook, WhatsApp (+852 6672 3812), or emailing care@sabaifresh.com.
Include your order number, clear photos or a short video of the item, and a brief note on the issue.

For non-perishable items, returns are accepted within 7 days if the product is unused and in its original packaging. Just request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) through our team before sending anything back.

Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund — whichever fits best.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes! At SabaiFresh™, our inventory is refreshed regularly to bring you the best of every season.
Since our products are sourced directly from Thai farms, availability may vary depending on harvest schedules, weather conditions, and shipment cycles.

Most popular fruits and vegetables are restocked every 3–5 days, while specialty or seasonal items (like durian, longan, or mangosteen) may return as soon as the next harvest shipment arrives.

If a product you love is currently unavailable, simply click “Notify Me When Available” on the product page, or message us directly via Facebook or WhatsApp (+852 6672 3812) — we’ll alert you as soon as it’s back.

Because freshness is seasonal — but we always bring it back for you.

Where can I ship my order?

Currently, SabaiFresh™ delivers across Hong Kong, reaching every district with our trusted delivery partners — GOGOX, SF Express, and Lalamove.

You can choose from three convenient fulfilment options at checkout:

  • Pick Up at SabaiFresh Shop — 4/F, World Wide House, Central, Hong Kong

  • Meet Up at Landmark Points — Central, Causeway Bay, or Mong Kok

  • On-Demand Delivery via GOGOX — Same-day delivery right to your doorstep

We also support regional orders for partners and resellers in Thailand and the Philippines, handled through our local distribution centers.
